About 31.19 lakh government employees are currently working in India. This does not include state government employees and military force. (source)

According to the reports generated in December 2019 car ownership in India stands at 30 per 1000 people or 3% of the total population have cars.

Over 80% of Indians now have bank accounts.
The number of account holders under Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) has almost doubled by 2019.
